It really is pretty unfortunate, Who knows though its possible he just thought he saw a train and some petitions hit the inbox and its easier to sort out afterwards. Personally though from watching this take place, I would love to see the recording of this 'train' that justified this action. I just don't understand this at all, Like Agatha said in the past the mishaps with thumperx in seb and zooey happening clearly a job is being done and the end result it might be easier to suspend someone in some situations and figure the details out later when you can talk to the person and other parties involved and gather all the facts. But this was not one of those occasions, If someone took a recording of this happening I want to see it. It is hard to ever get a clear picture even from a GM PoV. Regardless, Monks will always be a hinderance as long as these 'training' pnp rules are around because its so easy to engage in combat, aggro mobs, feign and start recording and call train.
If your fighting in pvp, and your monk aggroes some NPCs then feigns them and they attack the opposing side this should be considered 'training' and those mobs no matter FD'd off or not should be considered the original aggroer unless reset, but when it comes down to it it seems like the rules are made up on the spot as to what is considered.
