Never rely 100% on the wiki. I think in its first incarnation it was imported from somewhere else in the "not classic" sense...the community here works hard to get it correct but its a big task!
Did you find the Trooper? If you feel up to it, putting the correct troopers at the correct locations will help the next guys doing the same quest
