When I played for a semester in college it was awful, cuz I played to min/max my character and basically, like any video game, be badass and weave in and out of the complex rule system to become super powerful. People would roleplay and shit and I would sit there doing and saying nothing cuz (1) my character was geared toward combat and (2) I didn't give a shit.

If I had a BAC, I would ruin the game making fun of roleplaying players, and trying to start fights with random people so I could roll shittons of dice and kill them.

Thought I'd share that thought with everyone.
Ektar, welcome to playing DnD like an engineer. The min/max thing with minimum roleplaying is just how I play, hah. A lot of english majors and what not really like the roleplay aspect, tho. I have always seen two major DnD factions.
