I agree on the tipping piece. Most people I am happy to help. When any Druid/wizard goes out of the way to pick your arse up, tip generously. Here is what I ain't doing again:
"Can you run here and port us out? We are too heavy to run from killing HGs last four hours."
Me - "I suppose, sure. Give me 10 min to run there....maybe 15 I need to med some."

2 people, 20pp total. Even told me they made like 3k-4k since they been there. Total item spent was about 35 min because they were still killing crap when I got there. I could've done 3-4 ports in that time. Lol.
Not running two zones over for that again. You want picked up from someplace, then better be offering something pre-flight to make up for my time.
