I do have one more thing to add:
I am willing to admit, and have done so multiple times in the past, that Red needs more Guides to keep watch during the day. Also that I have a pile of investigations that have been in the works for a long time that you guys don't even know about that need to get finished. That I recognize this will have an overall positive impact on the box.
What bothers me is that there are far too many of you completely unwilling to admit any wrongdoing on your part whatsoever. That the community holds no responsibility for the low box population or the inability to retain new players. Until people start stepping up and admitting that they might be a part of the problem - a big part - this box will never go anywhere.
Edit:

I'm not a guide. I've been a GM since January. I have the same access level in-game as Sirken, and when we hold senior staff-meetings there are always four of us present - Sirken, Nilbog, Rogean, and myself. My opinions generally reflect Sirken's viewpoint (we are usually on the same page. If he were here he would agree with everything I just said in my previous posts), while Nilbog tends to be more strict and Rogean tends to be more lax.
Bans, CSR decisions, and server rules on Red99 are, for the most part, left up to Sirken and myself. Blue is handled in a similar fashion, except for the raid rules there, which are generally a joint decision between Rogean, Sirken, Nilbog, and myself.
Now I'm out. Too much forumquest for one morning.
