Even if they took the time to read through all of this, who's to say they'd believe any of it? both side throw these accusations at each other constantly, and it would take more reading and interest than a new player is willing to put forth in order to sort out who is who, what is what, and why they should care.
The point you're missing is that these new players don't know, don't care, or don't have any interest in what you're saying, but they leave anyway.
Why is that?

you won't know who cares and who believes. no one would.
but whose to say they dont care? If I just started on a new pvp server, and I read the boards, and see all this chatter of cheating going on, and players being able to come back...I would be turned off. instantly.
who wants to invest time into a box full of cheaters?????
what about those who do care?
