I was in AZ/Force/Fair Fighters/Hersey, and NEVER were all those guys working together. One of um was always either on break from playing, tagged something else, or arguing with someone else.
Getting those crews to work together for anymore than a few days is like loosing an insane asylum and hoping the crazies will make a pancake house together while holding hands. I include myself in that equation everyone knows I'm some sandwichs sort of a picnic.

Well also once that group wins they get bored and have a hard time taking direction or feeding their egos. As I said that group has been successful together, I guess you weren't playing, and it fell apart quickly after that. Nihilum numbers were really low and Azrael had the advantage. Over a few weeks time people started coming back from Nihilum and players in Azrael stopped logging in our of boredom or for whatever reason until it was lop sided again in Nihilum's favor.
This shift provided a couple fair fights that were fun for the server but it was brief as always.
