Typical cycle tbo, Nihilum starts to get comfortable and numbers drop, they get pushed once and next repop you'll have 50 there. Wonder what nice PD loot went to one of Lite's alts thanks to Hokuten. Sure was a smart move for them to play another persons character instead of going after upgrades on their own.
