It's Ice the 49 druid spell, had FROST on da brain [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

Frost I think was advertised to druids as the upgrade to Ice but never lowered FR... I don't think Verant/SOE ever fixed that. Druid pals welcome to give 2cp [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].
