CB belt XP slows down at around Level 10 from memory. Still nice to have, and a good seller if not from people fast tracking their alts... but there's alternatives out there for sure.
You'd be good in Steamfont by the mino cave til around 15ish, then head to Unrest and join a yard trash group...always fun
