Doubtful. You can pitch-shift songs by like 0.05%, and to the human ear it sounds exactly the same, but the program analyzing the waveform will have no clue what it is. This is how we bypassed the listener on turntable.fm. (RIP turntable.fm)

I'll bet the air it has to pass through and what your microphone does to the waveform will probably be enough to bypass it. Maybe folks can just start adding little whitenoise filters to things in frequency ranges that humans can't hear, but it would still fuck up the listener's ability to ID the song?
