Yes, 1-2 weeks.

We have lives. Girlfriends/wives. Jobs. Hobbies. We are not obligated to spend 40 hours a week doing CSR, though we often do despite our other obligations.

We address things in the order that they come into the petition forum as often as possible. There are currently 16 pages (25 threads a page) in the petition forum. 16*25 = 400 petitions. Out of those 400 petitions, 5 pages are "derubael only", 2 are "sirken only", 2 are "eunomia", and 4 are "rogean/derubael". We have a lot of CSR work to do, blue and red, and we do the best we can to get through as much as we can when we have time, but because of the sheer volume of petitions, people have to be patient.

I'd like to think it's as simple as just adding new CSR staff, but it's not. Adding new guide's is a long process with lots of checks along the way to be sure we don't end up with another PR disaster like we have in the past. The last thing we want is another person taking bribes, giving spawn timers, etc., so we have to be extremely careful about who we bring on. The "GM" position specifically is something that only gets handed out after significant and thorough checks go through on someone. That person also has to have the drive, desire, and integrity that we need in a position like that. This is why we only have 2 GM's at any given time.

All that being said, I did see Jib's thread in the petition/exploit forum, and responded to it already. I haven't watched the video and probably won't do so for several days. There is just too much going on, and your raid dispute affects a very small percentage of people needing help (maybe 2% at most) in relation to the overall population of red and blue - that's not to say it's not important or that it won't get addressed - it's simply to give you an idea of the "big picture", something that we are always having to take into consideration, but that players will rarely take into account when making petitions.

You are one small piece in a much larger puzzle, have patience.
