Luclin (server) and Tholuxe... neither had a casino on them while I was there.
On the ezboard unofficial Tholuxe forum it got suggested about starting one and everyone jumped on them saying they'd get banned for it. Thought that was a widespread consensus for all servers but apparently "okay on some"?
