GB is a drop item, non quested at the moment. it has taken my maybe on average 3 hours to farm one each time, ive gotten maybe 7 or so.
and yes soulfire was a part of the original game upon release, with the Fiery Avenger being released at Sky (which we have passed). both items are in the game, and it was alot of fun doing those quests
