Ground transfer is the way to go. One of the best ways to have fun, trying to figure out seclude spots in central locations where you can do it.

Just, you know, make sure you have no connection issues. My ISP crapped out few days back, when I was doing a ground transfer and the gear poofed. Worth about half of my "fortune". I was not pleased. :P
I'm still hoping I might get that stuff back, but who knows.
