Just finished reading this. I am going to try the challenge on red as an Enchanter, which will definitely add a new element to it.
Quick question: What do other enchanters use for mem blur?
I have just been using the level 4 mez until it blurs, but I am sure there is a better option.
As a HE, I can use the stalking probes to get past locked doors in Seb right? How does that work exactly?
Should I even attempt HS at 54, or should I wait until I get a few levels? I figure I won't be able to do the challenge mobs yet at 54, but I could learn the layout while getting some exp, I just grabbed my HS key the other day.
Currently I have Jboots, gobby earring, and I am camping the gob ring. What other clickies should I try to gather up? Bracer of the Hidden would be good, but the lack of recharging and added cast time makes hatting not as beneficial.
On spells, I am currently missing Allure and Clarity 2 as the important ones, but I am also missing a few others that are 49 or low 50's. Any other spells that Enchanters find irreplaceable while trying this? I skipped quite a few while leveling because plat and researched spells are hard to find on Red. Any input on spells/uses would be great.
I am on a Mac, but I am thinking of switching to my PC, since there are a ton of small issues with Project1999 on the Mac (270 degree mouse turns, lag, random window pop ups, etc.) and I think all of these could hinder me. Has anyone done these challenges on a Mac? I have no idea how to get screenshots to work on it since that will be another issue.
I think this should be pretty enjoyable, especially when pvp happens and I am close to ending a fight. The pvp is the main reason I want to get screenshots working. There is a 50% chance I will have a 150+ MR SK coming at me in Lguk when I try the King.
