That's where most of us are hanging. There's some English folks in some of the poopsock raiding guilds though so we are scattered around.
Perhaps the best advice is to get into a leveling guild and group with the people you are leveling with as often as possible, then you can always rethink things when you get to 46 and want to start raiding. I know Europa always welcomes more raiders.
I'd save your hard earned platinum and take the boat, relive that classic feeling til you get a little more cash together
