With the new skill cap changes of (Level - 24) X5, at level 50, the max cap you could be would be 130. I am at 170, (which is the highest we can go after port potions become trivial) and is what it should be at....though I haven't attempted to make anything...im scared I'll lose my skill back to 130 and be unable to make potions anymore lol.
