That robe has almost no posts about it beyond the few that show it dropping from Xygoz when FoH made their first clear through.
If anything it was pulled, however there is nothing that says it was. So it's been left in.
Currently on P99 it's just rare as hell, as it probably should be given the lack of info about it. I'm sure the TMO bank has one though. Or maybe it was IB that recently banked one, I forget but I recall hearing about it.
