Hopefully this motivates one of the Class-R guild to get into VP, because this suspension clearly wasn't intended to bring any sort of justice.

The only way for an R guild in the rotation (ie all of them) to be able to get into VP lies through FFA Traks. The rotation itself effectively spreads out Teeth so much that its impossible for any guild to achieve enough teeth to get into VP via Class R Traks. How many FFA Trak's have gone to R guilds since the system was put in place? Try harder sounds good, but it's obviously not working.
Even if a guild was moderately successful, what would that look like? That they'd somehow beat guilds with a ton of experience competing against each other on an even basis? Let's say it was an even basis, that's 33% of the FFA Traks. At this rate it would take 3 months to get 30 keys - which probably isn't enough to even start thinking about competing against TMO/IB in there due to experience, spawn windows, etc. The mobs aren't up long enough to even practice a pull.
Regardless, an even success rate against TMO/IB is very unrealistic given their natural advantages (experience, number of alts, guild accounts, etc) - let's say you were half as good as an even success rate. Ie 1/6 spawns. Now we're up to 6 months worth of keying just for an insufficient amount of 30 keys - just about as long as the entire class system has been up.
No, no Class R guild is going to even set foot in VP like this unless TMO/IB are pulled away from FFA Traks - ie maybe Velious will do that, maybe not. After over a month of trying to negotiate with multiple guilds, there aren't any of our alliance partners willing to give up Trak teeth in return for us foregoing other Trak loot....or even trading a tooth for us foregoing non-Trak loot in other alliance situations. Ironically enough, the only way I've found to get extra Trak teeth other than FFA Trak's is by purchasing/trading from Class C guilds.
In essence, the entire rationale behind the Class system (ie helping guilds develop in order to be competitive) has been a colossal failure. Part of the blame is on the R guilds themselves (the rotation is a culprit in this), part of this is on the C guilds who just can't let a FFA Trak live long for it not be a relentless coth/soulfire fest, part of it is due to the nature of 32k hp mobs, and the rest is just a flawed raid/FFA system.
In the end we'd just have to deal with the same constant squabbling probably as this thread is evidence of. Who wants to deal with this crap? Who wants to have to FRAPS every raid from multiple angles every time you go for a kill just so months later you can defend yourself from a petition? It's ridiculous.
