Nice to have Jboots, yes, but nicer to have a druid around or a bard that likes to hang with you and go where you go and you go with them.
Remember the rat's foot necklace? (+2hp) rumor had it that it was "lucky" and years later the hidden "luck" was said to be able to run through blackburrow with no harrasement from gnolls, even if you are KOS.
Like skunk scent glands made you not as KOS to skellies (reduced their aggro range to nothing?- haha no nose yet affected was hidden joke) if you had them out of a bag. it would drop your cha, though.
Why, an "uber" once gave me and my friend 50p in South Qeynos just to show them where the bar was,they were after something about a cask and a quest. We saved it for spells.
