the only people that get greifed by variance are the players that log in 1x a week for 8 hours and kill every single raid mob for the week and log back off until next week. those players are useless to the box

Dumbest statement that has been proven wrong so many times. Nihilum averages 25-30 hours of raids a week. This doesn't include other camps and personal play time and if a sim repop happens.
People like Krazy just want to make the time investment so high that even the hardcore people quit.
