2. Hand of Veeshan should roam his island rather than just standing in front of the windmill.

3. Hand should have a gigantic aggro radius and be aggroable from Island 7.
On live if you stepped into the NE quadrant of island 7 uninvis while the Hand is up, he would aggro from there.
