Sebilis was quiet. And NG was a full spawn. So I decided to try to solo it with Frida, my 58 bard. I was lucky the roamer was a non summoner knight. It took me 10 minutes to kill it, but at least I killed it.
Then I went for the first septis scarab. I noticed the snared bugs were broken, regular kiting was not an option. After killing the scarab for another 10 minutes, I could pet the remaining scarab and engage the necrosis with him on my side :

It went alright but the necrosis killed my pet faster than I expected.

So I ended with a necrosis scarab single, down to 40%. And while it took me 2 minutes to get there, the rest of the fight was about to take about 25 minutes.

Mezz and heal up for 5 minutes, melee it for 30 seconds. 5% hp at a time... i didn't expect it to take that long, otherwise I would have gotten another pet. But it was late and i was feeling lazy.
And then a crypt group showed up and started killing frogs around NG. So soon enough, there was nothing left to charm.
I marked it S* because eventually the krup roamer respawned and that crypt group killed it. Even though I probably could have been able to charm the roamer and finish the necrosis scarab with it.
Anyway, after a good 30 minutes fight, it finally went down (loot was Cane of Tranquil and a ruby) :
