If you torrented EQ Titanium your hotkeys are whatever the uploader's keys were (which are ridiculous for the version I got) ALT + O > Keys > Reset Default.
Feel free to /tell me in game if you need help, my character name is Kruptcy if you have any basic game mechanics questions... otherwise the exploration is all the fun!

xD Yeah, Alt + O was my options button. I guess I'll do the change to default thing. Didn't think of that for some reason. I'm about to get on and re-create my character at freeport as suggested above. Will post my name in case anyone wants to join me.
