I only played on this server for a short while and I am not a big PvPer. I another somewhat similar idea that I think would be great.
A PvE or PvP server where there is no XP loss on a death but once you die you cannot log back into the server for X hours. Probably nothing SoE would implement for good idea for a free server IMO.

This would be a bad idea unless VERY heavily staffed and policed. The amount of monks with an 'accidental' feign death near you with 29 mobs would occur a lot more frequently for their amusement and your grief.
