Whats funny though is even with Nizz skimming off the top for RMT the loot distribution felt fairer than during my time in Azrael. Im not out to diss Nizzar by inventing lies like you just did, Nizzar was pretty cool on giving me spells in needed pretty quickly, hes not all bad.
Criticism is part of what makes a guild move forward, Lite couldnt take it, Nizzar couldnt take it, and thats a problem. It takes maturity to receive criticism and learn from it, i had no problems when Nizzar told me i did something wrong and i actually did something wrong. I liked that because ive got no problem admitting Nizzar is better at the game than me and you learn by watching better players play and being open to input.
I draw the line though at getting shit on because Nizzar felt like kicking kittens that day. If Nizzar doesnt want to rely on that Azrael tactic of chewing people out and always recruiting fresh bodies that dont know the abuse theyre in for, its simple, stop throwing immature tantrums at people that dont deserve it. Nizzar is a much better leader than lite, does shit for everyone like the OT hammer sessions, he just needs to get his tantrums in check.
Lite sucks ass at leading and is not interested at hearing why he sucks ass, thats why Azrael is probably gonna have to resign themselves at making tear filled variance threads playing second fiddle until they overthrow el presidente (lol)
Both sides being somewhat toxic like that played a part in me quitting, again, but i was just plain bored with shaman raid buffing and EQ.
