Why does it even need to be asked? Pretty fucking clear cut. And the " based on what happened" turned out to be a quick jump to the gun to accuse someone else of doing something, in a form of a question( according to their reply post). So I don't even know what you are trying to defend outside of defending a friend.
If you think someone broke the rule go out and say " Their tracker gained FTE, handed off puller, but was coh and lost agro. Is this cool?" or just petition since you don't need to make clear anything about a tracker gaining FTE since its stated word for word that they aren't allowed to.
I am willing to bet Sirken has 5 petitions sitting there asking for 100% clarification from people who either saw this question posed. I know I got 10 messages on skype of people asking me wtf.
Asking obtuse questions while being passive aggressive, causes confusion in regards to people with lower reading comprehension skills or of foreign languages outside of English. Thus people like you have a hard time understanding why the staff can get annoyed at people asking stupid questions, that causes issues. Not only does it muddle things, it causes other more important petitions to back up. Then it starts the cycle of evil GMs can't even respond to my petition.
By all means if the rules are vaguely worded question them. But when you start to play stupid, play vague and try and work around the rules, don't get all pissy when the staff ignores you or gives you an answer you don't like.
Hey it's nothing personal. I like Artaenc too. I am just willing to point things out people fuck up on. People are more than happy to point out the things I fucked up on. It's nature and in a way defending Sirken on why petitions and responses are always slow.
