I just wanted to mention a few things that you really should consider:
1. Although dogs are fairly omnivorous, grains (rice in your case) are not "natural" dog foods at all and not really that healthy for their diet, yes they are treats, but you should be using some form of meat meal.
2. Gluten free is irrelevant selling point because of 1
3. Your puree ingredients are probably not going to keep well unless you refrigerate or vacuum seal them very well, or bake the hell out of them.
4. Because of 3, and the fact that you are opting out of using any form of preservatives, shipping food with perishable ingredients might be a problem.
5. Some dogs can have peanut allergies. MAKE SURE YOU LABEL ACCORDINGLY or you will have to deal with law suits. Even allergic owners handling these treats can get severe allergic reactions, so keep this in mind!
