Level caps. Would make the game a lot of fun and keep ppl exploring lowbie areas that everyone rushes by on a pvp server.

Start with cap level 10, gets raised by 5 levels every 2 weeks or something. Would be fun. (Yea, I know some neck beards would just make a million alts. But then at least all the casuals have a toon of equal level by the end)
