I hate any show with a laugh-track behind it. Don't tell me when to laugh. That being said, shows like Curb , modern family, and Its Always Sunny get me going. Best show is South Park.

Concurred, my good man. Laugh tracks just make me want to rage and in fact negatively impact the entertainment value of the show for me. Go to youtube and search for clips of shows with the laugh track removed. They fucking suck.
Modern Family is a new show in its second season that is incredibly entertaining, intelligent, and humorous in every facet.

I enjoy some House
The Office (it's decent, nothing amazing though) as well as the former BBC "The Office" which is actually pretty amazing but there is only one season of it.

Arrested Development
Rescue Me
United States of Tara ( also a super excellent show and I recommend ANYONE to check it out)
Eastbound and Down
Freaks and Geeks (only one season, possibly one of my favorite short-lived shows to date)
