You have it wrong. The low 50s have an 8 range gap of people instead of 4 which is a lot more exciting than battling veeshan peak alt #15.

Not debating that at all of course it's easier to load up on pts at the low 50 range. More targets!
I'm just saying that the lvl 60 guy should be worth more pts than city mist lvl 50 guy.
