Why are you all nitpicking the timeline for this specific item ele? We all know the timeline isnt going to be enforced accurately so they should just nerf this to final form day 1. People dont want clerics runnin around with free CE and possibly CH bps for 10-12 months here the server is imbalanced enough already. You've been playing here long enough to know that the timeline on things like this is highly extended

The devs have a new itemization engine in place that allows for automatic updating of items, and even spells now too I believe, based on the timeline. Don't think that these things will linger as long as Donal's has or will. Even donals is going into Velious in its non final form.
