My 56 counted like 5 people that didn't con blue to him in your force so maybe that's part of the problem. FTE fixes everything you are complaining about by effectively making the target come down to a die roll between interested parties. Making sure that a guild can absolutely take a target down by calling in an ally does exactly nothing to give us an edge in getting the first shot at a target.
