Leaders left cuz they also wanted to raid but the alliance makes it almost impossible for small guilds to kill anything or they help each other in crushing the competiton (small guilds trying to get some kill vs 80 alliance member). So, they chose to leave the server so they can experience the raiding scene TOO. That alliance have flaws and is killing small guilds wishing to raid.

Seems like a lot is being made of the size of the force fielded by the Asgard/Europa alliance. In a FTE rule setup the size of the force is irrelevant. That's the whole point, to make it NOT about the numbers. There were only 2 trackers from Asgard/Europa, and 2 from Bob, so there was no attempt made to squeeze out the smaller guild. If the alliance had tried to field 4 trackers you'd have a point. Now shut up and get in line.
