This is sort of retarded. If you have a guild system and you don't have enough people on then you don't have enough people on.
Basically if you run like this, any guild can split their guild up into 2 or more guilds and make it into an alliance and will never be locked out.
This sort of seems to defeat the whole purpose of rotations.

Actually it doesn't work like this. If a guild has more than 2 members at the mob, they get locked out for the next two Class R spawns.
I don't see mass waves of people creating new guilds each week so they aren't locked out on mobs.
If a guild wants to assist on a kill and have more than 2 people there, they will be locked out for the next two Class R spawns.
