Originally I thought jibs guild was just a bunch of Az rerolling on anon toons, but if that's the case, you're all dumb for going full retard by letting jib lead and basically being Az 26.0 - let me break it down for you buddy..
Your members won't be like "OMG fuck these Nihi guys, let's play 12 hours a day and keep trying to gear up to stop them!" - any legit new blue players (probably very few) will get bored and tired of dying because their leader can't shut the fuck up on forums.
