It was pretty discretionary. I don't make the choice on where loot goes, nor do I have any say in any of these things. Despite what people think the leadership of Nihilum is generally very flexible if people have legitimate complaints.
If it were up to me, I'd have given him a CoF. Keep in mind CoF isn't the only item off of RF worth farming pearls for, pretty sure their plate wearing characters are fully decked in RF armor.

Discretionary mean? Does this mean that it was at the discretion of the officers on the raid? Do you guys kinda make up the rules as you go?
