I'll tell you one of my favorite exploits for Server 2003. There's a buffer overflow within the logging functions of LSASS which allows a NOP sled with injected functionality to essentially bypass a normal login. Fire some fake SMB authentication packets with some shell code and you can take over the entire system.
That and the hundreds of other exploits that still work on even the latest Windows versions because Microsoft favors compatibility over security. Not to mention the end of life is only a year away, where there will be an onslaught of 0 day exploits that will never be patched. So yea, your DayZ server sounds fun since I'd have infinite ammo and invulnerability within 10 minutes.
