BTW, pot is dangerous. Most of the studies that say it is not dangerous were from the 60's and often done by "researchers" with an axe to grind. Furthermore, it should be remembered that pot in the 60's is not the same as pot nowadays; selective breeding + massively more scientific growing methods have greatly increased the concentration of THC.

There are many sources which show the dangers of smoking pot, just look for them.
A basic resource here:
http://alcoholism.about.com/od/pot/a/effects.-Lya.htm
highlights:
"Because of the lower blood pressure and higher heart rate, researchers found that users' risk for a heart attack is four times higher within the first hour after smoking marijuana"

"Scientists have found that regular marijuana smokers can experience the same respiratory problems as tobacco smokers do"

"Marijuana contains more carcinogenic hydrocarbons than tobacco smoke and because marijuana smokers typically inhale deeper and hold the smoke in their lungs longer than tobacco smokers, their lungs are exposed to those carcinogenic properties longer, when smoking."

"Research indicates that THC impairs the body's immune system from fighting disease, which can cause a wide variety of health problems. One study found that marijuana actually inhibited the disease-preventing actions of key immune cells. Another study found that THC increased the risk of developing bacterial infections and tumors."

"Several studies have found that children born to mothers who used marijuana during pregnancy exhibit some problems with neurological development."

If you would like some of the actual research, check out the references included with this entry:

First off, you're full of it. Pot is not "dangerous". THC is not POISONOUS. What is SOMEWHAT bad for you're health is smoking the dried LEAF MATTER. THC does NOT harm your brain. I will say that used moderately, it is hands down my choice of drug. I dont use many drugs but alcohol tobacco and a CNS pill occasionally. Here deushebag. Read this story.

So you can say pot is generally not good for your health. Mainly because dirt weed is grown with pesticides/illigal chemicals etc. Medical grade pot or organic pot, is really not bad for you at ALL. Another reason is becuase the THC is not damaged/packaged roughly/touched by 1000 fingers etc. Thus you have a higher % of thc, and you need not to smoke much at all. You have to smoke alot of reguar dope to get high. Take one pull of some real dank.
