No one said the game is real life, I simply gave an example to refute your opinion that everyone should just be grateful for what they have. We should also be grateful to breath. The entire world should just stop looking for improvements in their life and just be glad that X thing lets them do what they do. It's a shame that mindsets like this exist.

Every counterargument given is a real life example. And obviously my mindset about a game is somehow reflective of my real life views on progress. What did I misunderstand in that?
