If I only get to pick one thing, it's sure as hell isn't variance. It is Maturity. Your two guilds are not the whole server, more like 50%-ish. Variance only matters to the raiders, whereas Maturity would benefit everyone.

Stop bitching, stop finger pointing, stop accusing and insulting each other. Regardless of who started what and who retaliated, at this point both sides are guilty and you all act like spoiled little narcissists throwing temper tantrums. If there is a enough maturity to fill up a thimble between both guilds it sure as hell doesn't belong to anyone with power and integrity. Greed, hubris and vanity are the Holy Trinity both sides are worshipping now while justifying deplorable acts with the belief that your guild is the good guys and the other side deserves it.

Act like adults. Turn the other cheek and try some fucking diplomacy in earnest. I've been attacked tons and tons of times by people on both sides and killed a bunch by both. I don't plot revenge EVER. I sure as hell don't let it create a grudge that festers into irrational hatred over time.

You're more childish and anti-cooperation than the U.S. Congress, and that's not sad, it's pitiful. Fix your fucking selves instead of pointing at and blaming the other side. You're all like a giant episode of Scared Straight before they get a reality check.

Last I checked, this IS NOT reality, it's a game and in less than a second Rogean can flip a switch or pull a plug and take away all those pixels you paid for with your principles and honor and then you will have nothing. The only winner then will be the one who walks away with their head held high and their integrity intact.

The GLs and Officers on both sides need to sit down and wholeheartedly try to work out a compromise on something simple and work your way up from there. If you actually cared about your members and guilds you would have done this a long time ago, but you didn't because you have all forgotten that you are supposed to be working for the members and convinced yourselves in one way or another that your guilds and guildies exist to benefit you.


Anyone who says TL;DR is probably exactly the type of person I was talking about. If you were all children I would say you just need a good ass whipping, but a lot of you are older than me and have children. That's a disconcerting thought all by itself.
