You were logging in to play and post before Nizzar got banned. Again, if you hate it here so much, just leave - don't spread your negativity in-game and through the forums.
Nizzar got the same punishment for selling RMT as other players who get punished for selling RMT. We thought about disbanding Nihilum, but as long as Nizzar stepped down from being guild leader felt it would be better for the server than the alternative.
Despite what the forums have led people to believe, Nizzar wasn't an RMT kingpin. He wasn't even very good at it. But he did break the rules and selling items for real life currency is punished far more seriously than buying.
