Well in Taken's defense there is no agreement. IB killed 3 Overseers after TMO fucked with them on a Noble that IB thought was theirs outright. Then TMO killed some Overseers in retaliation for that. Then Taken left an Overseer up in good faith only to see it mysteriously get killed (*cough*TMO*cough*) so this time they killed the Overseer themselves and only now its an issue.

I don't buy it.
