When the box only has 150 players the truth is that you are always going to have to play with people you dislike when there are only two guilds to choose from.
Nihilum has a bunch of faggots in it but so does Azrael.. if you want to make a real third option you need to be pretty open about who you let it or not (based on personality). You are dooming your guild to fail when you decide not to let people in because you don't like the guild they belonged to.
