Basically Tiggles had gotten in the habit of asking random BDA to hammer then killing them. One day he asked Cucumbers to hammer, so Cucumbers ganked him, a 60 VP geared rogue, back when he was 57 or so and wearing a bunch of junk. For as much shit that Tiggles talks he is pretty bad at this game.
