Sullon Zek did have exp loss on pvp death. I can tell you did a lot of pvping there. If you had a hard time finding pvp on Sullon Zek you were either a pussy, or evil (in other words you were a pussy).
Hardcore rules aren't for everyone, and definitely not for pussies. But that's why we have red99 with LNS where you can get bind rushed until you get banned for killing people who refuse to call LNS

Some people might say that risk-factor makes it all the more exciting... I am still trying to figure that out.
