High Elf paladins could still exist since they are still like a pure race, they may still be dicks. You will probably see High Elf Necromancers now though. I could totally see Inky Paladins.
l the people complaining that the Lore isnt EQ make me laugh. They would rather play with the same old tolkien tropes we have seen for the past 100 years, I like alternate Timeline shit and thats what this shit is.
They announced last year that all three games connect lore wise to something called the ethermyr or something and it's where the souls of great heroes and truly slain gods go and its basically heaven. So this isn't a remake or a sequel it's more of a alternate dimmesion.
EQ1 and EQ2 have already crossed over with EQ2 Rallos Zek stealing the soul of the slain EQ1 Rallos Zek to like power himself up. I'm sure we will have stuff like that in the future.
