No, as I stated above "This is in groups and auto-attack is off and I am not moving. I am waiting until right after a mob hits me so that I am not being nudged when trying to activate it."
Like I said, I am not new to being a Rogue as I played one on Live, its been a long time but I did play allot at the time. I just figured that once Hide no longer really ever fails that Evade would be working more often. Maybe once I reach 20 it will change.
