Why TMO should be punished:
1. reverse the negative effects caused by years of discrimination
2. make sure casuals are represented in the epic count.
3. create an equal opportunity for everyone by helping those individuals with a disadvantage.
4. TMO continues to deny opportunities to casuals to this day
5. Epic diversity creates a better server environment
